Before anything is built or pitched, the clinical claim has to hold. We start by stress-testing the assumption: what problem, for whom, and what evidence makes it true.

Dr Anurag Ganugapati

Dr Anurag Ganugapati is a doctor and healthcare operator working across Australian healthcare, digital health, and medical workforce strategy. Moxiflox Medical is his advisory practice.

Years of full-time locum work across metro, rural, and remote hospitals gave him a working view of the system’s operational pressure points: staff shortages, inefficient workforce management, rising locum costs, and the widening gap between clinicians and administration.

As founder of StatDoctor, he built one of Australia’s emerging healthcare workforce platforms, focused on changing how hospitals and doctors connect, reducing reliance on traditional agencies, improving workforce sustainability, and designing better systems for both sides of the roster.

Alongside that, he advises healthcare businesses, startups, and medical service providers on growth strategy, operations, workforce design, and navigating the realities of the Australian healthcare landscape.
